Missouri Festivals & Events at Bearcat Getaway, Black River, Lesterville, MO Vending Guidelines for Festivals & Events

We welcome vendors and crafters! There is now a $20 vending fee per weekend at Bearcat Getaway.  If you have things to sell, just let us know. With prior approval of your product and a $20 advance payment to vend, plus normal campground or admission charges, your vending space will be reserved.  If you need an electric site, there will be an extra $10 charge per day. We must however, approve your product in advance, so call 573-637-2264 and tell us about what you want to sell. Or, fill out the form below, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Vendor is responsible for paying Missouri Sales Tax.

No illegal product sales of any kind will be allowed!

If caught vending without paying the $20 fee, or vending non approved items
you will be asked to leave.

No Refund.
