We are providing information
on other area cabins, Bearcat Mountain Cabins and Bearcat Mountain Lodge
because we realize that not everyone in the world loves to
camp. If someone in your group wants to enjoy everything
at Bearcat but does not want to camp, have them call us for Bearcat
Lodge, Bearcat Cabins or the other cabin owners listed here.
Sunset Ridge, and the Black River Cozy Cabin are just a mile away.
Wilderness Lodge is just across the river from us. You may still
come join us for floating, BBQ and breakfast and can pay an entrance
fee to join us for the entertainment. For other lodging in the

The Bearcat
office cannot reserve the other cabins in the area for you.
The individual
owners must be called. The cabins & Bearcat Mountain Lodge
are open year round!

Cancellation
Policy for Cabins:
If cabin reservations are cancelled at least 14 days before your
reservation you will receive a refund of your deposit less $50.
If we do not have at least a 14 day notice of cancellation,
you will lose your deposit. We will not negotiate on this
policy.

We can't tell
you how excited we are to announce that two more Bearcat Cabins will
be available for rental in Spring 2008. Bearcat Getaway Resort
customers have been on us for years to build cabins, but we wanted
to take our time and do it right. No prefab units for us!
Our rustic log cabins have been built by our own loving hands.
We'll provide more information as Spring approaches. The cabins will
be perfect for additional large group accommodations for those reserving
the Bearcat Lodge. Located on over 100 acres of ground, your
friends or family will be close by, but everyone will have the opportunity
to have private, secluded quarters. Start making your plans now!
And, of course you'll have access to our 1/2 mile of
beach front and summer concerts by the river and under the stars on
the Bearcat Stage!

Mountain Cabin ~ Large rustic & secluded
log cabin with loft, is encircled by a canopy of trees. The
cabin will sleep 6 comfortably and
has a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, European style 2 story
fireplace and a large front porch for you to sit out and enjoy the
view.
Bear
Cub Cabin ~
This smaller log cabin is closer to Bearcat Mountain Lodge.
Nestled in the trees close by, the cabin will sleep six
and will be perfect for larger groups that rent the Lodge, but need
additional sleeping quarters for children, friends or family. Or,
rent the cabin just for yourselves for your private getaway.
The cabin has bathroom and kitchen facilities.
A 50% deposit will be due at the
time of your reservation. A $200 damage deposit will also be
collected upon arrival and will
gladly be refunded after inspection at the end
of your stay.

log cabin, on the main channel of the Black River, has a covered deck
across the back overlooking the river and offers great views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, electric heat
and air conditioning, rock fireplace, firewood, BBQ pit, picnic table
and easy access to a swimming dock. There is sleeping for 6 with
a small bedroom for two plus a large dorm bedroom for 4.
Furnish your own bed, bath and kitchen linens. Cabin can be viewed
by appointment.
This
is a great place to be any season of the year. Autumn is awesome.
It's the perfect winter romantic retreat and spring is a feast of renewals
